EVERY ONE of the 11,000 competitors taking part in this year's Leeds10k will be adding to the legacy of fundraiser Jane Tomlinson in making their own contribution to a host of good causes.
In keeping with the spirit of the event, we want to hear from you.

If you are one of the competitors who will be taking part to raise money or raise awareness of a special cause, make sure you let us know so we can publicise your efforts as part of our online competitors' section.
Send us your stories and photographs ahead of the event so we can put them online.
We also want to hear from you if you will be cheering on loved ones or colleagues as they pound the streets on Sunday.

The Yorkshire Post will be out and about on the day, capturing the event in photographs and video. We will be running your messages of support on the website, as well as full coverage of the event as it happens.
