RESIDENTS ARE being asked to take part in an online survey as a council gears up for the next round of austerity.
East Riding Council plans further costcutting to save £54m in the next four years.
The council has already made savings of £95m in the last five years.
Council leader Steve Parnaby said: “I would encourage as many people as possible to complete the new online survey as we really do value everyone’s views on how the council should prioritise its spending, especially in light of the pressures we face to deliver a top quality service on an ever-tightening budget.”
According to its financial plan, council tax will be frozen in 2015-2016.
