SENIOR management recruitment firm GrassGreener Group is celebrating its fourth successive year of double-digit growth in turnover and looks to expand its premises next year. Based in Kirkstall, Leeds, the company’s turnover hit more than £500,000 last year and the firm is expected to achieve a turnover of £650,000 by the end of December.
It is currently on track to hit its target of £1m by the end of next year.
Plamen Ivanoff, executive chairman, said: “We launched the business when the recession was at its worst but have succeeded against the odds by ‘wowing’ our clients with sustainable added value.”
GrassGreener recruited seven additional staff members between July and September this year. The company’s head count has now reached 16.
Mr Ivanoff told the Yorkshire Post that by the middle of next year it is likely the firm will expand the premises where it is currently based.
More than 40 per cent of the firm’s income is now earned in Europe, the Far East, Canada and the United States.
Mr Ivanoff said the company is “a very profitable business” with profitability expected to be a six-figure sum this year, but he would not disclose further details.
