THE luxury British menswear brand, Hackett, will open its flagship store in the North of England at the £165m Victoria Gate development in Leeds next year.
The retailer will take a 3,272 sq ft store, which will be split across two floors and modelled on its Regent Street store in London.
Hackett joins the line-up of retail brands that have already committed to Victoria Gate, including Anthropologie, Cos, & Other Stories, The White Company and Maje, along with the international restaurant group, D&D.
Robin Dobson, the director for retail development at project developer Hammerson, said: “Securing Hackett, the renowned luxury British retailer is testament to the unique retail environment we are creating at Victoria Gate.”
Work started in April 2014 on the Victoria Gate retail development, which is due to open in late 2016.
