YORKSHIRE musicians Jacob Herringman and Susanna Pell will be playing music from the 17th century at Kiplin Hall, a Grade I listed country house in North Yorkshire which was built in the 1620s.

The pair, who have been musical colleagues for 25 years, are performing in the Long Gallery at the Hall on Bank Holiday Monday between 2.30pm and 5pm.

Both have enjoyed distinguished careers; Pell has performed on the soundtrack of several films, including The Da Vinci Code
and Harry Potter and the Prisoner of
Azkaban.

The musicians will perform extracts from their CD, Pellingman’s Sarabande, as well as music from the Elizabethan period.

Kiplin Hall is off the B6271 between Scorton and Northallerton. Admission charges apply.
