Hull City sell Ricketts to Bolton Wanderers

HULL CITY have sold Sam Ricketts to Premier League rivals Bolton Wanderers for £2m.

Portsmouth were also in the running for Ricketts but Phil brown accepted Bolton's bid on Friday and the defender, out of contract at the end of the season, has moved across the M62 to join Gary Megson's side.
