INVESTORS have the chance to boost their property portfolio by snapping up seven Yorkshire pubs.
The specialist markets team at CBRE in Leeds has been instructed to bring the freehold properties to the market on behalf of the joint administrators of Cal Management and Calco Pubs.
The pubs are based in Halifax, Huddersfield, Bradford and Leeds, and, according to CBRE, they all have “huge potential”.
The properties include Suburban in Bingley, West Yorkshire, which has been trading for more than 10 years, and has been brought to the market with a guide price of £900,000.
A CBRE spokesman said: “The public house remains a highly profitable business and with new owners, and some investment, offers considerable scope to increase trade and value. Similarly, the Manor in Chapel Allerton (near Leeds) is likely to draw interest from existing operators and offers scope for restaurant operators wanting to obtain space.”
Sam Frankland, the director at CBRE Leeds, said: “The specialist markets team is excited to bring to market a selection of public houses to suit a variety of purchasers looking to invest in existing businesses with strong potential.”
