STAFF and volunteers on the North Yorkshire Moors Railway are working around the clock to get the line ready in time for its official opening later this month.
The world-famous railway, which operates steam trains between Pickering and Grosmont, opens officially for the season on March 26.
Marketing manager Phil Bustard said: “We are all working very hard, cleaning the locomotives and sending some off for repairs. We are also having a spring clean.”
