Director Karen Precious: "Demand for our services has been unprecedented and our growth rate is among the fastest in the country.

"We provide high standards of care designed to meet individual needs at highly competitive prices and this is generating exceptional demand from customers.

"We urgently need more staff to meet this demand and we are offering attractive rates of pay to candidates of the right calibre.
