KPMG has named David Morritt as its new head of property and construction for the North.
The appointment sees Leeds-based partner Mr Morritt take over from Chris Fry who, after six years in the position, will focus on his work as office senior partner in Liverpool.
Mr Morritt will oversee KPMG’s relationships with northern housebuilders, property developers and investors, infrastructure and property funds.
Directors Lindsey O’Brien and Philippa Sanderson will support him in the North West and Yorkshire/North East regions, respectively.
Mr Morritt joined KPMG in 1989 and has been an assurance partner for over 12 years.
