LABOUR leader Ed Miliband visited the Leeds offices of the Yorkshire Post yesterday.

He toured the newsroom, speaking to journalists before meeting editorial director Jeremy Clifford and managing editor Nicola
Furbisher.

Earlier in the day, the Doncaster North MP visited a housing development in Pudsey as he highlighted the party’s commitment to build 200,000 homes a year by 2020.

He accused the Government of failing to tackle the supply of new homes.

“I think it’s one of the biggest priorities for the next Government because unless we tackle the housing challenge we are not going to solve the cost of living crisis I’ve been talking about,” he said.
