A LANDMARK building in Hull has been sold for a second time for a fraction of its original cost.
The Arc building will finally move from Castle Street after being bought by car dealership Motor Depot which has branches in Hull, Hessle and Scunthorpe. The building originally cost £750,000 to build, but sold this time for between £21,000 and £45,000. Nigel Christie, of estate agents FSL, said it was one of the most unusual buildings he had dealt with. Motor Depot said it has yet to finalise its plans for the building.
