Leeds United track striker prospect from India
LEEDS UNITED have expressed an interest in bringing one of the biggest names in Indian football, striker Sunil Chhetri, to the English game.
Chhetri, 24, plays for East Bengal and scored a hat-trick for India in the Asian Challenge Cup Final against Tajikistan two months ago.
He has won 34 caps since making his international debut four years ago.
Chhetri has been recommended to a number of Football League scouts by India's English born manager Bob Houghton - who led Malmo to the 1979 European Cup Final against Nottingham Forest.
