POLICE were called to a North Lincolnshire village after receiving a report of a llama on the loose.
Concern was raised for the safety of members of the public as it was running along a main road in the Eastlound area of Haxey, between Doncaster and Scunthorpe, shortly after 1pm on Thursday.
The llama was located in the area but as anyone came close to it, it ran off.
The llama is described as “large, brown and cream”.
The llama may pose a threat to the public and should not be approached.
