AGENCIES missed opportunities to help a woman with a history of mental health problems who said she was going to harm someone before stabbing a 13-year-old girl to death in a South Yorkshire park.

Hannah Bonser was jailed for a minimum of 22 years after being found guilty of murdering Casey Kearney in Elmfield Park, Doncaster, on Valentine’s Day.
