White Rose Office Park in Leeds has opened a new conference facility for the business community following a refurbishment.
Facilities management group ISS, which has an annual turnover of £6bn, took up the 20,000 sq ft of space over a ten-year lease in late 2011.
There are 5,500 employees at White Rose Office Park.
In a deal worth £1.5m per year, ISS has carried out a refurbishment, to create a 120-seated auditorium, themed meeting rooms and a fine dining experience with onsite chefs.
The deal was between ISS and owner of the park, Munroe K.
The new conference facilities, which opened this month, are available to companies from throughout the region as well as occupiers of the park.
Jeff Pearey, director of letting agents Jones Lang LaSalle in Leeds, said: “It’s not just about offering refurbished office space anymore; it’s about refining the complete offer to potential tenants and existing occupiers.”
