Omni Capital has agreed a £30m committed debt facility with a construction company chaired by Yorkshire entrepreneur Lawrence Tomlinson.
The deal has been signed with LNT Care Developments, a wholly owned subsidiary of LNT Construction, which is a specialist developer of care homes.
The new facility, which has a term of four and a half years, will enable LNT to expand its development pipeline into more parts of the UK.
Mr Tomlinson, who is the chairman of LNT, said: “Omni Capital is a perfect partner for us. As property experts, they understand the nature of our construction business.”
Last month, the Leeds-based LNT group said all divisions grew in the 2013/14 financial year, with group turnover rising 19 per cent to £90.6m.
