There’s no such thing providing you learn from every experience and do things better the next time around.

A walk in the country with my girlfriend and our dog, followed by drinks at the local pub and then dinner, cooked and inevitably burnt, by me.
Name one person you would like to have dinner with and why?
Bill Hicks. Arguably one of the world’s greatest comedians and I can’t help but think that the global events of the last twenty years would have made him even more misanthropic.
What are your hobbies?
Playing with my band in and around Leeds.
What’s your favourite item of clothing?
A pair of cowboy boots I bought in Las Vegas.
What’s your favourite time of day?
The very early hours of the morning. It’s quiet and a good time to think.

The diversity of both people and places.

I’d like to borrow Spike Milligan’s ‘I told you I was ill’.
