Skills shortages biting region's construction sector once more

Work IS underway on a new £13m campus for Leeds College of Building in a bid to boost the shortage of skills in the construction industry.

The college is consolidating its three campuses in Millwright Street, North Street and Hunslet, into one site in the South Bank area of the city.

The new college will offer more than 200 courses to more than 7,000 students.
