AN organisation which champions the interests of small to medium-sized quoted companies will stress their role in driving economic recovery at its annual conference.
The Quoted Companies Alliance will bring together companies, investors and advisers for Engineering Growth for Small and Mid-Size Quoted Companies at the Grange St Paul’s Hotel in London on June 26.
The keynote speaker will be Michael Fallon, Minister of State for Business and Enterprise, who will explain what the Government is doing to fuel the engines of growth and promote equity as a financing option for growing companies.
Other speakers, to be announced shortly, will include executives from successful quoted companies, policy makers, regulators and other experts.
Tim Ward, chief executive of the Quoted Companies Alliance, said: “Our conference connects the whole sector – companies, investors, advisors, policy-makers, regulators and more – to debate the key issues that matter to small and mid-size quoted companies and their success. We aim to show the influence and potential of our sector and get the Government and others to take action to fuel growth.”
