A 17-year-old boy has been charged with the murder of a Huddersfield man who died after a disturbance in Golcar on Sunday morning.
Sean Annandale, 22, was taken to Huddersfield Royal Infirmary following the incident in Elmfield Avenue, where he died as a result of injuries sustained.
A murder enquiry was launched by West Yorkshire Police and three men were subsequently arrested.
Last night (Tuesday), the 17-year-old Huddersfield youth was charged with murder.
A second 23-year-old man has been charged with assisting an offender.
Both have been detained and will appear at Kirklees Magistrates Court today.
A 34 year-old man arrested in connection with the investigation has been released without charge.
