Teenager driver dead and boy, 13, critical after Doncaster crash

A TEENAGE driver was killed and his 13-year-old passenger suffered life-threatening injuries in a crash in the Dunsville area of Doncaster last night.

A red Seat Ibiza was involved in a collision on the A18 High Street, travelling towards Dunsville, near to Wyndthorpe Hall just after 6.30pm last night. (Saturday November 7)

The 18-year-old man who was driving the car suffered fatal injuries and died at the scene.

A 13-year-old boy, a passenger in the car, was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries and his condition this morning (Sunday November 8) is described as critical.

South Yorkshire Police said The family of the teenagers are being supported by specialist officers

A police spokesman said: “Officers would like to hear from anyone who witnessed the collision or who may have been in the area, either walking or driving, at the time of the collision. Please call 101 quoting incident number 977 of 7 November 2015.
