Detectives have arrested three men following reports of disorder in the Mexborough area of Doncaster.

Police were called on Friday afternoon to reports of a group of men in an altercation in Schofield Street, Mexborough.
Officers discovered a number of cars had been damaged. A 46-year-old man was taken to hospital with a potentially life-changing injury to his hand, thought to have been caused by a bladed weapon.
Detective Sergeant Rob Cobley said: “Following extensive enquires in the area, including house searches and CCTV work, we have arrested three men, aged 28, 25 and 23, on suspicion of assault and threats to kill. They remain in police custody at this time.
“As the investigation continues we remain keen to hear from anyone who saw what happened or who has any information about the incident and has not yet come forward.”
