Three suffer life-threatening injuries in South Yorkshire crash

THREE PEOPLE suffered life-threatening injuries in accident in South Yorkshire which involved three cars today.

A silver Ford Focus was travelling along the A57 Sheffield Road, Todwick, towards Todwick crossroads near Sheffield when it collided with a white Ford Focus and a silver Mazda6 at 1.20pm.

The crash happened near to the access driveway to Burne Farm.

A 67-year-old man driving the silver Focus suffered life-threatening injuries and was taken to hospital.

A 73-year-old man driving the white Focus, and a 66-year-old female passenger, both suffered life-threatening injuries and were taken to hospital.

Police are appealing for witnesses.
