    Only offer on table when pre-pack agreement? - Do you expect potential investors to have a crystal ball? David, you said it all, when you accidently mentioned ‘backers’ instead of ‘creditors’ when referring to Astor. I think every man and his dog know Astor = Ken Bates. For Astor to say the will only back Bates bid even to the point of liquidation, for me this is Ken Bates talking. Unltimately, what does Ken Bates care about the future of Leeds United if he’s willing to risk liquidation to keep control? Second time round, why on earth didn’t KPMG run another CVA after scrapping the fist one? Surely this would have offered the best outcome, bearing in mind the Football League insist on a CVA for the golden share to be returned, and outline a club can start a season in administration without the golden share. The running of the club would have been funded by Redbus during this period. Players could have been sold, and new players brought in to bring the squad back up to 20 players?!?!? Solution? I’m no insolvency expert, but surely this should have been the road that KPMG went down. With Bates now in possession of Leeds United outside of Administration, but also without the protection of administration, and without a CVA, refusal of the Golden Share could be the end of the road – Well done KPMG!!!
