The Yorkshire division of national homebuilder, Bellway is currently building on 15 developments across the region, but one site, in a small Leeds suburb has outsold every other one since its launch in 2016.

Oak Tree Gardens in Gipton is officially Bellway’s fastest selling development in Yorkshire. Comprising 79 two, three and four bedroom homes, it has virtually sold out in just 14-months, with only three homes now remaining

Paula Murdoch, Bellway Yorkshire’s sales manager, said: “We’ve had a number of developments to the east of Leeds city centre in recent years and they’ve all sold very well. Therefore, confidence was high when we came to selling in Gipton, but never in our most positive moments did we imagine we’d be so close to selling out so quickly”

The final three homes at Oak Tree Gardens are all Milton two-bedroom semi-detached properties. Prices start from £137,995, and all three homes are available through the Government’s ever-popular Help to Buy (HTB) scheme. Aimed at getting more people onto or moving up the property ladder, it allows buyers to purchase their own home with just a five per cent deposit, which means the final three homes at Oak Tree Gardens can be purchased with deposits from just £6,900.

The Miltons have been amongst the most popular with Bellway buyers in Gipton. They each feature front-facing modern fitted kitchen, complete with stylish units, work surfaces and upstands, a generously sized lounge, which provides additional space for dining, a contemporary bathroom and two double bedrooms.

“Like all the other homes we’ve built and sold at Oak Tree Gardens, these final three properties represent exceptional value for money,” continued Paula. “They are thoughtfully designed, well-sized, exceptionally well built and are in a location that has more and more going for it – not least its close proximity to Leeds city centre. All of which goes a very long way to explaining the exceptional sales success we’ve enjoyed in Gipton.”

For further information on the final three homes at Oak Tree Gardens visit www.bellway.co.uk, email oaktreegardens@bellway.co.uk or call the sales office on 0113 240 5427. Alternatively pay a visit to the site itself – the sales centre is open from 10:00am to 5pm Thursday to Monday.
