LEEDS UNITED have hammered Crystal Palace and Rotherham United knocked out Wolves on penalties to reach the third round of the Carling Cup.
Premier League side Hull City have been the victims of a giant-killing, losing 2-1 at Championship side Swansea City.
League Two side Rotherham United have claimed their second Championship scalp, beating Wolves 4-3 on penalties.
