Sushi and Japanese noodle specialists Nooshi have opened up three outlets in and around Leeds within their first year of trading.
Nooshi is run by entrepreneurs Simon and Jane Phillips who said they recognised a niche in the marketplace to serve fresh and healthy food as an alternative to sandwiches.

The first outlet opened in Headingley last year and two more shops were launched in Chapel Allerton and the centre of Leeds, employing 25 full- and part-time staff.

The couple, who were advised by Business Link Yorkshire throughout the process, say they will look at the possibility of franchising the business.
