He was promoted to the Worcestershire first team in 2014 and has been an ever-present in the side scoring 1,763 first-class runs for Worcestershire at an average of 31.48 with a best score of 169.

He is best known for scoring the fastest hundred of the 2016 T20 season, his ton coming off 43 balls as he went on to score 127 off 54 balls.

Yorkshire have been touted to make a move for Kohler-Cadmore for some time now. Worcestershire subsequently dropped K-C on his decision to inform them that he wanted to join Yorkshire at the end of the season.
