Schofield proves too quick for Barkisland

ALEX Scholefield, Skelmanthorpe’s opening bowler, ripped through Barkisland’s batsmen to take 9-55 in 15.3 hostile overs at Lidgett Lane.

Ingram made a half-century and took 5-30, his team-mate Jake Finch top-scoring with 81, but Barkisland lost by 19 runs as their opponents climbed above them into the fourth from bottom spot.
