Harrogate Town’s reward, if they can beat Hastings United in a replay, is an FA Cup third round date with Tony Mowbray’s Championship promotion-chasers Middlesbrough.

None of Yorkshire’s remaining clubs got a plum Premier League tie though.

Barnsley will host Burnley, Leeds welcome Birmingham and Huddersfield visit Charlton in all-Championship ties.

Sheffield Wednesday host League One high-fliers MK Dons, Hull will entertain Alfreton or Leyton Orient, while Bradford City will play Bury or Southend, if they can get past Brentford in their second-round replay.

Rotherham United also face a second-round replay at Notts County before even contemplating a trip to fellow Leage Two side Aldershot.

Sheffield United visit either Accrington or Oxford.
