Verdict: 2016 has been strangely euphoric and further exciting times are ahead. While there will be some stumbles along the way. I am certain we will surprise a few. Our form at the end of last year was among the best in Europe and we have strengthened in signing Moncur, Bradshaw and Lee.

Key man: Adam Hammill.

Advice to manager: Listen to your club. We have shown a collective way of working that works.

What will make or break your club’s season: Relegation isn’t a measure of success as long as we show heart and passion. Lack of depth may be a factor.

What changes are needed off the field: We are an extremely well run club that is engaging with the fans.

Which team would you like to most beat and why: Sheffield Wednesday.

Promoted: Newcastle, Norwich, Derby.

Relegated: Rotherham, Burton, Huddersfield.

Predicted finish: 15th.
