Leeds United came away with all three points in their Yorkshire derby with Doncaster Rovers in the Championship.

Max Gradel inspired United to victory at Elland Road, while Hull City’s Matty Fryatt’s goal was enough to end Nottingham Forest’s long unbeaten home record.

But there was a crushing defeat for Sheffield United at Portsmouth, as relegation looms for the Blades. Barnsley were held to a scoreless draw at Derby.

In League One, 10-man Huddersfield Town drew at Yeovil, while Sheffield Wednesday were thrashed 4-2 by crisis club Plymouth.

Bradford City slipped to a 2-0 defeat at Gillingham, but Rotherham United (at home to Barnet) and York City (at Barrow) were held to scoreless draws.
