Hull City v Norwich City
Team news: Tom Huddlestone and Jake Livermore are eyeing full debuts for Hull, whose wingman Cameron Stewart is attracting attention from Celtic. Canaries striker Gary Hooper – a summer transfer target for the Tigers – is a doubt with a shin injury. Defender Michael Turner returns to his former club.
Blackburn Rovers v Barnsley
Team news: Dale Jennings returns from a three-match suspension for his opening day sending off. Also back could be defender Lewin Nyatanga (hamstring), but Martin Cranie (knee) is still ruled out. New signings Paddy McCourt and Marcus Pedersen could feature.
Charlton Athletic v Doncaster Rovers
Team news: Richie Wellens (dead leg) and Chris Brown, who suffered a cut to his head at Wigan, should be fit. Harry Forrester, who featured for 35 minutes in the reserves on Wednesday, may travel. Marc De Val Fernandez is around ‘four to five weeks’ away from a return.
Huddersfield Town v Bournemouth
Team news: Top scorer James Vaughan suffered a knock in the win over Millwall but has come through training this week and will play. Otherwise Mark Robins reports a clean bill of health.
Ipswich Town v Leeds United
Team news: Scott Wootton is pushing for a debut after his move to United in midweek. Sam Byram (hip) is still out, with El-Hadji Diouf hoping to feature after boosting his fitness playing 90 minutes for the reserves on Monday. Ipswich add 18-year-old Jordan Adekunle to squad.
Sheffield Wednesday v Millwall
Team news: Injured pair Kieran Lee and Joe Mattock are missing for Sheffield Wednesday, while Jermaine Johnson completes his three-match suspension after his red card at Rotherham in the League Cup.
Wigan Athletic v Middlesbrough
Team news: Goalkeeper Jason Steele will be assessed ahead of the game after missing the draw with Blackpool with an ankle strain. Seb Hines reamins out and he continues his recovery from knee surgery in the summer.
Bradford City v Sheffield United
Team news: James Hanson (hand) and Mark Yeates (knee) will be handed late fitness tests. Striker Nahki Wells is aiming to become the first player to score in eight successive matches for the club today. Blades have no new injury or suspension issues. Still sidelined is Shaun Miller (knee).
Rotherham United v Shrewsbury Town
Team news: David Worrall – who netted the winner last time out at Crawley Town – is a doubt for Rotherham after picking up an injury during the game. Striker Daniel Nardiello is likely to be among the substitutes after the birth of his daughter.
Bristol Rovers v York City
Team news: David McGurk (hamstring) remains sidelined for York while Estonian midfielder Sander Puri is also out with the same injury. Despite a lack of goals, Nigel Worthington may have to name the same side that drew with Hartlepool.
