Bradford City’s revival under caretaker manager Peter Jackson continues as they enjoyed a rare 1-0 away win at Morecambe thanks to a goal from James Hanson.

Hanson scored the winner when he headed in after Kieran Charnock’s clearance had bounced up off of Gareth Evans.

Morecambe created little and only fine goalkeeping from Joe Anyon, who denied Evans and Michael Flynn, kept it close.

Bradford had a chance to double their lead in injury-time when Kevin Ellison was fouled by Andy Parrish, but Gareth Evans had his penalty saved by Anyon.
