The Terriers brought in Collin Quaner last week from Union Berlin.

A tall striker had been Wagner’s priority so Quaner, at 6ft 3in, fitted the bill perfectly.

Huddersfield had already brought in Izzy Brown from Chelsea after the midfielder’s loan spell at Rotherham United had been cut short.

Asked about his plans for the rest of the window, Wagner said: “Our business is done. I am very happy with what we have done.”

Town travel to Rochdale on Saturday for an FA Cup fourth-round tie without Chris Lowe and Rajiv van la Parra, who have both been ill this week.

Kasey Palmer also won’t make the tie along with Joe Lolley but Aaron Mooy is back. Jack Payne serves the second of a three-game ban.
