Luke Steele and Jon Macken sign new deals
GOALKEEPER Luke Steele has agreed a new two-year deal with Barnsley.
The former Manchester United player, 24, spent the majority of last season in the reserves but returned in the final four games of the season and helped Barnsley avoid the drop.
His decision casts doubts over the future of goalkeeper Heinz Muller.
Jon Macken has also signed a new one-year deal with the club.
Simon Davey said: "I am delighted that he has committed himself to what we are trying to achieve here at Oakwell."
