The 22-year-old becomes the third signing of the new Alan Stubbs era, following the arrivals of Anthony Forde and goalkeeper Lewis Price from Sheffield Wednesday.

Forster-Caskey, who is capped by England at various ages all the way up to U21 level, played against the Millers for MK Dons last season, and has also enjoyed a loan stint with Oxford United since making his Seagulls debut in the 2009/10 season.
