The Australian centre does not have the option of an early guilty plea so will appear before tomorrow night’s disciplinary tribunal.

Centre Aaron Murphy faces a ban of up to three games after being charged with Grade C striking with the shoulder on Catalans Dragons player Willie Tonga.

That tackle in yesterday’s game saw the former Queensland State of Origin star suffer a broken jaw.

Meanwhile, full-back Scott Grix has been charged with Grade B striking with the shoulder on Morgan Escare in the 22-22 draw at Magic Weekend.

Both players have the option of an entering an early guilty pleas but otherwise will face the disciplinary panel tomorrow night.
