The two day fun packed event, also including yoga, falconry displays, craft sessions, all day BBQ and live music, starts and finishes at Swinton Bivouac, Masham, near Ripon, on the weekend of September 7 and 8, from 10am to 4.30pm.
BOOK NOW: Entry is just £10 per car - with additional charges for guided sessions - and advance booking is strongly recommended. For full details and to guarantee your place visit www.swintonestate.com.
Walkers are then free to roam on the estate trails, with or without a guide, with activities running all day in the woodland and also at the Bivouac Café and ArtisOn craft tent.
"From a Woodland School and yoga in the woods, to orienteering and foraging courses around the Druid’s Temple – there will be a variety of woodland activities and countryside crafts for all ages, along with guided walks," said a spokesperson.
"You can learn how to carve stone and weave willow in the craft tent.
"The day is for anyone who has a love of the outdoors and wants to take to the hills on the Swinton Estate on a guided walk or spend time in the Druid’s Plantation taking part in the wide range of woodland activities.
"Have a go at a Potter's Wheel and Stone Carving or create Woodland-Inspired Flameless Tealight Lanterns in the ArtisOn tent. Or creating landscape art in the steps of Andy Goldsworthy."
