Go-ahead for work on law firm’s new city centre HQ
Sheffield-based JF Finnegan has been given the go-ahead to refurbish Elizabeth House on Queen Street, Leeds.
The refurbishment will include an additional entrance for Clarion, which will move into the building next April.

Hide AdIt has taken 15,000 sq ft of space on the ground, third and fourth floors.
The first and second floors are still available to let in suites from 2,000 sq ft upwards and there are four car parking spaces available per floor.
JF Finnegan bought the vacant 25,000 sq ft building from Valad Property Group, acting on behalf of the Osprey managed fund, for an undisclosed sum.
Property agent Dresler Smith advised on the deal along with Bowcliffe, Irwin Mitchell, SNR Denton UK, and Clarion.
