Morrisons launches '˜Yorkshire tapas' range
Dishes such as “Yorkshire pudding with Yorkshire beef rib” are now being sold in the region’s stores alongside the traditional Italian and Indian fare.
The range is launced after Morrisons chefs conducted research in the region’s pubs and restaurants and noticed a trend for tapas-style smaller serving plates.

Richard Jones, development chef with the grocer, said: “One of our priorities is to offer customers the local foodds that matter to them.
“Yorkshire has its own distinctive food trends and we listened hard for what customers are eating when we delivered this range.
“We hope that by sourcing the best that Yorkshire has to offer we have created dishes that become customers’ tea time favourites.”
