Doncaster Council staff get living wage
The rate is set annually and is based on Joseph Rowntree Foundation research on the wage needed to support an adequate lifestyle.
The living wage, which employers volunteer to pay, is currently £7.65 an hour compared to the national minimum wage, which all employers must pay by law, of £6.50.
