Hide AdMrs Dodd, 31, shed the weight after starting to eat three balanced meals a day to replace the takeaways she used to consume during the evening.
The childcare assessor, of Halifax, would eat take-away pizza every other night and spent 40 a week on takeaways to devour with her husband Michael, 44, once her young sons had gone to bed.
But she lost two stone in just a month by cutting down on her sugary snacks and exercising at home, before joining a gym to help her shift the rest of the weight.
During an intensive month of training, she visited a personal trainer five days a week for an hour.
