Collins: Made some big, big saves to deny Rotherham. 9

Sollbauer: Toiled against Ogbene’s pace and came off early in the second half. 5

Helik: Kept Barnsley together at times along with Collins 8.

Andersen: Has his difficulties against a Rotherham side who asked a number of questions. 6

Brittain: Made a brilliant last-ditch challenge to save a certain goal and went close with a piledriver. 7

Halme: Won his fair share of challenges in the air and it was easy to see why he started. 7

Mowatt: Can not impose himself on the game. Quiet by his high standards. 5

Styles: Came off at half-time after a disappointing first half. 5

Dike: Came in for some treatment from Wood and Angus MacDonald. Close to sealing it late on. 6

Woodrow: Went close after 33 seconds, but was denied by Johansson. 6

Morris: Scored a hugely controversial goal against his old club. 6

Substitutes: J Williams (Styles 45). 6

Sibbick (Sollbauer 51). 6

Adeboyejo (Morris 90).

Rotherham United

Johansson: Forced off after just a few minutes after being caught by the arm of Morris. n/a

Ihiekwe: Did his job well enough against a dangerous forward line. 7

Wood: Solid and strong. Booked for catching Dike. 7

A MacDonald. Another cautioned for fouling Dike. But was resolute in his defensive work. 7

Ogbene: Posed significant problems and justified his first start since September 26. Spurned a big late chance. 8

Lindsay: Got through plenty of heavy work in the midfield. 7

S MacDonald: Booked in the first half. Kept going. 6

Wing. Restored to the side and involved a fair bit. Almost levelled with a cheeky corner, which was cleared in the nick of time by Halme. 6

Giles: Worked his socks off on his return to the side. 6

Smith: Set up Ladapo for a golden opportunity which he somehow missed. Headed a late chance wide. 6

Ladapo: Spurned two huge chances. The second being a sitter which will keep him awake at night. 5
