Cinema: Hangmen Live from London's West End (in Birstall)
The highly acclaimed West End comedy Hangmen, set in the 1960s, will be screened live for the first time.
Hangmen is based on Harry Wade, Britain’s second-best professional executioner, who finds himself with nothing to do on the day they’ve banned hanging. Being a local celebrity in his home town, pub regulars and reporters head to his pub desperate to hear his reaction to the news, all with different motives behind their visit.
