How to join Bradford UNESCO City of Film for virtual tour of major screen sites

A virtual tour of Bradford's film and television heritage sites will be streamed online.

David Wilson, director of Director of Bradford UNESCO City of Film, will conduct a "live and interactive" presentation to highlight more than 100 years of history at 11am on Thursday this week.

Bradford was made world's first UNESCO City of Film more than 10 years ago.

The tour on Facebook will take viewers through Bradford's earliest surviving film footage to classics such as Billy Liar and Room at the Top and on to Peaky Blinders and Emmerdale.

"I would like to welcome everyone to now enjoy the experience from the comfort of their own homes and hopefully be pleasantly surprised by Bradford's rich and long standing film heritage."
