The Multi Story Picture House was launched by Rhian Hughes, a self-employed events manager from Farsley.

Rhian said: ""The event will hopefully be a great escape after such a long lockdown period - so many people have struggled since lockdown began, myself included as a self-employed events manager.

"All of my work was cancelled and I was left feeling a bit hopeless, with nothing to look forward to.

"That’s when I decided to pick myself up and do something about it - if I was feeling like this, then so many others would be too.

"Multi Story Picture House was born out of wanting to help people through this time, both those wanting an event to look forward to, and also other local businesses like myself, who were struggling with no prospect of future work.”

The Multi Story Picture House will be held at Bowcliffe Hall from Friday, July 17 to Sunday, July 19.
