Sheffield's latest rising star and Gordon Ramsay favourite, The Milestone gastro pub, is set to open a second venue in the premises previously occupied by the Wig & Pen, on Campo Lane and Paradise Square in the city.

Jessica frying to success

JEssica Chandler is a finalist in a national fish-frying competition. Jessica, 19, was trained in fish-frying skills by her brothe,r Rafael. She has been fish frying for six years. As a member of the team at Croft Street Fisheries, Leeds, she helps raise funds for The Royal National Mission to Deep Sea Fishermen.She is one of five up-and-coming fish-friers from across the UK have been shortlisted for the Young Fish Frier of the Year Competition, part of the National Fish and Chip Awards.
