Wake Up – with blueberries and goji berries, apple, avocado and fruit juice, providing three of the five portions needed each day in one drink.

Alison Carney, marketing executive says: "Many people make a resolution at New Year to improve their lifestyle and we wanted to help our customers get the best possible start towards the goal of eating five portions of fruit and vegetables every day.

"Government figures show that many people think it costs too much to eat healthily, but as the recipes in this new booklet show, it is possible to make some really tasty dishes that will make a big contribution towards your five a day, which are both simple and inexpensive."
